Pradorey Blanco is born with enthusiasm, like when returning home after been away for a long time. Returning to white winemaking in Ribera, where we planted 10 hectares of white varieties, built a new warehouse and dressed it with concrete tanks and some of the best oak barrels you can find. The result, a fine, elegant and fresh wine that will be the star of every gathering.
– Multivarietal of native grapes from Castilla y León
– Origin: Castile and León
– We are located in an area where the harvest takes place later, suitable for aged wines
– Night harvesting
– Fermentation in concrete and stainless steel tanks
– 5 months in concrete tanks
– 5 months in American and French oak barrels
– SIGHT: Very intense yellow
– NOSE: Complex notes of ripe stone and white fruit. Additional balsamic notes of vanilla and roasted coffee, very well integrated into the wine. Elegant, fine and subtle
– MOUTH: Balanced, silky, ample mouthfeel. With a moderate, balanced acidity. Great persistence, with notes of stone fruit on the finish
– Pulses: Madrid-style cocido
– White fatty fish and mild-flavoured blue fish: Sea bream in salt, hake in green sauce and baked sea bass
– Fatty poultry, such as Peking duck
– Medium aged cheeses
