Caring for the wine
The combined efforts of architects, engineers and oenologists created Real Sitio de Ventosilla winery, a building in harmony with its natural surroundings whilst being functional enough to produce the high level of quality required.
The building is fitted into the hill slope and partially buried, acting as any subterranean cellar found in our villages does - maintaining the temperature and humidity of the different winery sections constant all year round. Both the barrel and bottle rooms are a meter and a half underground.
